Artesana, the Romanian brand of minimally processed dairy products, will participate in SIAL Paris 2026, one of the major international events dedicated to the food industry.

Artesana will introduce international food professionals to its dairy products made from 100% Romanian whole milk, which is non-standardised, non-homogenised and gently pasteurised. Through minimal processing, simple recipes and glass packaging, the company preserves as much as possible of the milk’s original structure and taste.

“We are returning to SIAL with the same belief that inspired us to create Artesana: good milk does not need unnecessary processing. We want to show our international partners that Romania can produce uncompromising dairy products which are competitive abroad precisely because of the simple and careful way in which they are made,” said Alina Donici, Founder of Artesana.

The 2026 participation continues Artesana’s presence at major international food exhibitions. The brand has previously attended SIAL Paris, IFE London, TUTTOFOOD Milano, Alimentaria Barcelona and Anuga Cologne, as part of its strategy to expand exports and develop new international partnerships.
