SIAL advice for travelling safely

• To facilitate your journey, remember to buy your RER return ticket in the morning to avoid queuing at the ticket desks in the evening when the exhibition closes.
• The Parc des Expositions de Villepinte station is located on line B of the RER – you must pay Zone 4 – i.e., outside the centre of Paris, Ile de France – ticket prices.
• Metro tickets are not valid for travelling on the RER up to the “Parc des Expositions”
• RER tickets are neither exchangeable nor refundable
• Keep an eye on your personal belongings, and keep your bags shut so as not to attract pickpockets during your journey. Hold your bags close to you or place them at your feet. Do not hold your phone in your hand if you are standing or sitting near a train door and it is about to close.
• At each entrance to the show (Hall 8, Hall 5C, Hall 6 North, and Hall 1), you'll find luggage storage for your suitcases, trolleys, and travel bags. The show's fee-paying cloakrooms are also available in the reception gallery (between Hall 2 and Hall 3, Hall 5A, Hall 7).

How to get to SIAL by shuttles?

To make your journeys between Paris and the SIAL in the exhibition center of Paris Nord Villepinte, we offer you shuttles by bus.

Practical, departures are every 10 minutes from 7:30 am to 11:30 am

• from Paris Montparnasse station to Paris Nord exhibition center Villepinte
• from Paris Porte Maillot to Paris Nord exhibition center Villepinte
• from Cour St Emilion - Gare de Lyon (25 avenue des Terroirs de France, 75012 Paris) to Paris Nord exhibition center Villepinte

Return shuttles leave every 10 minutes from 3 pm to 20:30 pm,

• from Paris Nord exhibition center Villepinte to Paris Montparnasse station
• from Paris Nord exhibition center Villepinte to Paris Porte Maillot
• from Paris Nord exhibition center Villepinte to Cour St Emilion - Gare de Lyon (25 avenue des Terroirs de France, 75012 Paris)

Shuttles will be available on presentation of a countermark and your badge for the exhibition

Shuttles prices :

• 1 day return journey: €10 VAT incl.
• 5 days return journey: €45 VAT incl.

Tickets for the shuttles will be sold on-site (subject to availability).

• Tickets on-site : 5 days return journey: €50 VAT incl.

• Passenger pick-up:
  • 1: Location T2B, passage between Relay and Carl's JR.
  • 2 : Location T2F, passage between T2F and T2E
• Hours: from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm from 19/10 to 23/10
• Drop-off: Parking P2 (behind hall 5C)
• Frequency: Every day, 1 departure every 30 minutes Free shuttles. No departure from 1:00 to 3:00 pm.

Paris Nord Villepinte ➙ Roissy Charles de Gaulle :

• Passenger pick-up: Parking P2 (behind hall 5C)
• Hours: from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm from 19/10 to 23/10
• Drop-off:
  • 1: Location T2B, passage between Relay and Carl's JR
  • 2: Location T2F, passage between T2F and T2E
• Frequency: Every day, 1 departure every 30 minutes. No departure from 1:00 to 3:00 pm.

Once you arrive at SIAL Paris, you have to leave your luggage in the lockers.

Parking

Are you an exhibitor?

Car parking passes for the duration of the event are on sale in your exhibitor area. Make sure you buy them before the show begins.

Exhibitor car parks are open from 7am to 11pm every day during the exhibition.

Please note that the car parks are not guarded. Valuables should not be left in clear view inside vehicles.

Exhibitors will be invited to use their "nearest" car, subject to availabily (see general map)

For exhibitors of hall 1, 2, 3, 4, 5A, 5B, 5C and 6: follow signs to "Parc des Expositions (exposants-livraisons)"

For exhibitors of hall 6B, 7, and 8: follow signs to "Parc des Expositions - VISITEURS"

To avoid losing your vehicle, remember to geolocate it.

Are you a visitor?

• 0 hours to 6 hours: €0.80 per 15 minutes 
• From the 7^th to the 24^th hours: €20.00
• Every additional 24 hours interval: €20.00
• Lost ticket/flat rate per 24 hours: €20.00
• Coaches/daily rate: €40.00 including VAT

Each 15 minutes interval begun is due in full, time intervals add up.
