At the heart of Hall 5B, SIAL Paris invites you to discover SIAL Bakery, a true 85 sqm live bakery inspired by Parisian bakery shops.

Behind the ovens, dough is prepared in front of visitors, viennoiseries bake before their eyes, sandwiches are made to order and the aromas of fresh baking draw food professionals towards this lively and indulgent space.

Here, bakery becomes a place for meetings, tastings and inspiration for foodservice, snacking and hospitality professionals.

Two spaces to experience SIAL Bakery

Throughout the day, two bakers bring SIAL Bakery to life through demonstrations, sweet and savoury creations, and tastings inspired by French bakery expertise.

The demonstration workshop

This functional replica of a bakery workshop also showcases the equipment and expertise of SIAL Bakery partners, used in real conditions throughout the show: ovens, mixers, fermentation solutions, laminating and preservation equipment. This live bakery experience allows visitors to discover firsthand the technologies shaping new snacking, foodservice and modern bakery experiences.

The tasting & coffee bar area

The tasting area welcomes visitors around creations prepared on-site in a warm atmosphere.

Coffee in hand, a freshly baked viennoiserie or a new snacking creation to discover: SIAL Bakery invites visitors to enjoy a gourmet break and fully experience the space.

A new meeting place for foodservice professionals

Tasting schedule

10:00am – 12:00pm: Taste freshly baked pain au chocolat and croissants and enjoy a French-style breakfast at SIAL Paris.

12:00pm – 2:00pm: Sample traditional ham and butter sandwiches and croque-monsieur (vegetarian option available) and discover iconic French bakery classics.

2:00pm – 6:30pm: Enjoy a selection of brioche, chouquettes and palmier pastries for a sweet break during your visit to the exhibition.

Alsace Lait

Alsace Lait is an independent dairy cooperative bringing together nearly 250 producers from Alsace and 410 employees, all committed every day to showcasing the quality of milk from their region. Collected locally, our milk is processed directly at our central dairy in Hoerdt to create a wide range of products, including fresh milk, fresh cream, butter, fromage blanc and yogurts, all recognized for their quality and consistency. Alsace Lait supports artisan bakers, pastry chefs and foodservice professionals by providing high-quality ingredients that help them bring their expertise to life.
