Thnot is Confirel's founding palm sugar brand, named after Cambodia's sugar palm tree (Borassus flabellifer). Launched alongside Kirum pepper as one of the company's two founding product lines in the early 2000s, Thnot turns the traditional sap of Kampong Speu's palm groves into organic, PGI-certified sugar, syrup, paste and palm wine — carrying an emblem of rural Khmer life into premium, export-ready products.
