Kirum is Confirel's flagship brand for Kampot pepper and everything built around it — whole peppercorns, pepper sauces, herbal infusions made from pepper inflorescences, and prahok powder. Launched in 2005 as one of Confirel's core lines, Kirum products are grown on the company's own PGI plantations in Kampot and Kep, organically certified, and designed to carry a once-forgotten Cambodian terroir product onto premium tables worldwide.
