Crêperie range (frozen, chilled): crêpes, blinis, pancakes.

Ambient range: kouign amann, Breton butter cakes, thin butter galettes, palets and savoury snack biscuits, in trays or in bulk.

ISO 22000 process. As a fully integrated manufacturer, we also develop bespoke recipes.
