CapersMed is the Moroccan brand for capers and preserved vegetables: hand-picked wild rock capers from the Fes-Meknes region, caperberries, piparras, guindillas, gherkins, preserved lemons, harissa and peppers.

Independent grower-exporter since 2016, with a plant in Fes certified BRC Grade A, IFS Food, Ecocert organic and FDA-registered. Preserved in brine, dry salt or vinegar, to our technical data sheet or to the customer's specifications.

Industrial bulk in drums or finished product under private label. Shipments FOB Casablanca or Tanger Med, CFR and DAP Europe.
