Ingredients: caperberries (Capparis spinosa), water, salt (or vinegar depending on the preservation chosen). No added preservatives, gluten free, suitable for vegans.

Sizes: 15/18 mm and 18/21 mm, stem on (con rabo). Preserved in brine, in vinegar or in dry salt, as per our technical data sheet or to the customer's own specification.

Packaging: 17 L, 35 L, 65 L and 250 L drums (150 kg drained weight), pails from 100 ml, glass jars, tins, doypack pouches, private label with customer artwork.

Logistics: 20' bulk or 40' palletised containers, FOB Casablanca or Tanger Med, CFR to the customer's nearest port. Documents: technical data sheet, certificate of analysis, ONSSA health certificate, EUR.1, BRCGS, IFS and Ecocert certificates (organic version on request).
