Detailed description

Grown in the Ecuadorian Andes, where the equatorial climate allows year-round harvests, our broccoli and cauliflower stand out for their compact heads, firm texture and vivid color.

We transform them into value-added, shelf-stable products: florets and riced, acidified or marinated and ready to serve. No cold chain needed, reducing logistics and storage costs. Riced broccoli and cauliflower are a natural low-carb, gluten-free and plant-based alternative to rice, while our marinated vegetables are ideal for antipasti, salads and ready meals.

Formats for retail and food service, including pouches, cans and glass jars. Private label and mixed-container programs available.

Beyond our core portfolio, we co-develop new products with our clients: sustainably sourced ingredients from Ecuador and the region, and value-added recipes combining our products, tailored to the tastes and requirements of each market.

Custom recipes and blends available, combining our vegetables with hearts of palm, peppers and other ingredients to suit your market.
