Blue-veined cheese made with Italian goat’s milk, salt, rennet, lactic cultures, selected Penicillium moulds and yeast. Surface-aged with candied Navel orange peel and ground cinnamon. Cylindrical in shape, it has a rough, straw-yellow rind topped with candied orange pieces. Its interior is compact and white with blue veins and a melting texture. The flavour is savoury and moderately sweet, with delicate goat’s milk notes and aromas of cooked milk, nuts, citrus and spice.

  • Net weight: Approximately 4.5 kg per whole cheese.
  • Packaging: Box containing 1 whole cheese.
  • Shelf life: 180 days from production under the specified storage conditions.
  • Storage: +4°C to +6°C. Once cut, refrigerate at +4°C, protect the cut surface and consume within 10 days.
