Holland Jersey

Holland Jersey was founded in 2015 with the goal of launching a completely separate milk stream using the Jersey breed of cows. An ancient breed that naturally produces milk with much higher levels of fat, protein, minerals, and vitamins: the “specialty beer” of the dairy world.

The founders also recognized the potential of A2 milk—milk that, thanks to the A2 protein, is often better suited for people with a dairy intolerance*. We produce our own milk and our own yogurt. We don’t add anything to it, and we don’t break it down at the molecular level to sell individual components for as much money as possible. That’s exactly what happens in the mainstream dairy industry. You can really taste the difference, especially in our whole milk: 6% whole milk, it tastes amazing!
