Our recipe, made with our fresh cream, combines a smooth, creamy flavour with a refreshing tang. With its creamy, melt-in-the-mouth texture, our fresh cheese is very easy to spread. It’s perfect on toast or in sandwiches. It also makes a lovely accompaniment to crunchy vegetables as part of your canapés. Available in several flavours: plain, garlic & herbs, onion, and horseradish.
