Frozen Brazilian-style pastel pastry discs, supplied in a 400 g pack. Thin and flexible dough designed to achieve a light and crispy texture after frying. Suitable for sweet or savory fillings.


Preparation: Thaw the product before preparation. Once thawed, carefully separate the pastry discs, add the desired filling, fold and seal the edges. Deep-fry in hot oil until golden and crispy.


Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below. Once thawed, do not refreeze. Follow the storage and consumption instructions indicated on the packaging.
