Detailed description
1. ORGANIC MISO
Made exclusively with carefully selected Japanese organic rice and organic soybeans,
and mineral-rich sea salt from the pristine waters of Okinawa.
This is a truly raw organic miso, crafted without added alcohol and never heat-treated,
allowing the living yeast cultures to remain active.
2. KYOICHIRAKU
Kyoichiraku is about the pleasure of musical vibrations. While the miso is undergoing
the fermentation process, seven Bose speakers are placed in the fermentation and
maturation storehouse.
The miso is matured to the beautiful overtures of Bach’s baroque masterpieces,
which is said to stimulate the activity of yeast and enzymes creating a rich and mellow tasting miso.
3. Koji Miso TSUYAHIME
Made with aromatic and sweet Tsuyahime rice. A ratio of 15:10 rice to soy beans,
and a lower salt content of 9.8%.
- Manufactured byThe Marujyu Soysauce & Seasoning Corp.
