  1. Dissolve 1 kg of powder in 2 liters of water or 2.2 liters of milk. *You can replace some of the liquid with plain yogurt to achieve a frozen yogurt-type result.
  2. Stir until the powder is completely dissolved.
  3. The product is cold-water soluble and does not require pasteurization or homogenization.
  4. Pour the mixture into the ice cream machine and enjoy the result.
