Burrata with buffalo mlk

We produce the stretched curd for the burrata and for its stracciatella exclusively with fresh buffalo milk from our own herd within 24-48 hours of milking. Our must-tries are the 50 g mini burrata and the 125 g burrata (which we package in heat-sealed jars in a controlled atmosphere, 2x50 g or 1 x 125 g), and we can produce different formats or packaging. We use excellent-quality cow's cream and ship immediately after production with a 28-day shelf life. We can also produce under private label, with Kosher certification (non-proprietary) and with the FRIP trademark: a patented innovation by Fondazione IRCCS Ca’ Granda Ospedale Maggiore Policlinico di Milano.
