Frozen fresh stretched-curd cheese made with Italian pasteurised milk, featuring a smooth, elastic mozzarella shell and a soft filling of mozzarella strands and UHT cream preparation (30%). Creamy-white in colour, with a delicate milky aroma and a fresh, slightly tangy and savoury flavour.
- Individual sizes: 50 g, 100 g and 125 g.
- Shelf life: 12 months from production, in intact, sealed packaging under the specified storage conditions.
- Storage: Keep frozen at −18°C or below.
- Thawing: Thaw in sealed packaging in the refrigerator at +4°C for approximately 12 hours.
- After thawing: Store at +4°C and consume within 10 days. Once opened, consume within 48 hours. Do not refreeze.
- Allergens: Milk and milk derivatives.
