Non-alcoholic botanical drinks with the depth of wine and the bite of a proper aperitivo.

We build flavor the way a kitchen builds a sauce: layer by layer, using fermentation, tea, fruits, herbs, spices and botanicals. The result is dry, complex and structured—with the character you expect from an adult drink, not a soft drink.

Born in Norway, our approach brings Nordic ingredients together with botanical traditions and flavors from around the world.
