Founded in 1952 by the Roussas family, Roussas Dairy proudly carries forward the cheesemaking traditions of its forefathers, the nomadic Sarakatsani people. For more than 70 years, we have been dedicated to the production of authentic Feta cheese. Our Sarakatsani ancestors, nomadic cheesemakers of the past, travelled for weeks through the Agrafa and Pindos mountains in search of the finest grazing lands and the best milk to create exceptional cheese. Today, three generations later, we continue this exciting journey with the same unquenchable passion, combining a rich cheesemaking heritage with modern expertise and innovation. Exporting over 95% of our annual cheese production to markets around the world, Roussas Dairy offers a wide range of authentic, multi-awarded Greek cheeses, captivating the palates of Feta connoisseurs worldwide.
