"Progeo Molini" is the brand dedicated to Progeo’s professional flour range, backed by one of Italy’s leading agri-food cooperative groups. For more than thirty years, we have been producing soft wheat flours specifically developed for bakeries, pizzerias, pastry shops, pasta manufacturers, and the food industry, with the goal of delivering consistent performance, safety, and certified quality. The strength of the brand lies in its integrated and fully controlled supply chain: a large share of the wheat comes directly from the cooperative’s member farmers, who work closely with our technical experts to ensure carefully selected and sustainable raw materials.
