La Vecchia Dispensa, literally “The Old Pantry”, is more than a Balsamic Vinegar producer.
Since 1905, time has moved at a different pace here, preserving the gastronomic heritage and traditions of Modena.
We are among the most historic producers of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
For 4 generations, our family has been crafting Balsamic Vinegar in the hills of Castelvetro di Modena, Italy, following an artisanal method refined over time and faithfully preserved to this day.
