With the Exhibitor ticketing platform opening on 22 April, participants at Sial Paris gain access to the essential tools, resources and services needed to prepare effectively.

From 17 to 21 October 2026, SIAL Paris will once again bring together the global food community at Paris Nord Villepinte, with nearly 8,000 exhibitors and close to 295,000 professionals expected from around 200 countries. Given the scale of the event, preparation becomes a decisive factor. The launch of the Exhibitor Platform marks the starting point of that preparation.

Your exhibitor ticketing platform

From 22 April, the exhibitor ticketing platform, which coexists with your online exhibitor area, becomes key to your participation. It brings together all the essential tools needed to manage access and practical arrangements for the event. Through this interface, you can order and review their exhibitor badges, with access to key information related to booth set-up and dismantling periods as well as on-site services. For international participants, the platform also provides you with the option to generate visa invitation letters when required. In addition, you can book a range of complementary services, including shuttle transport and access to SIAL Summits sessions. The platform also gives you access to practical information, particularly for managing and using your e-codes, helping you organise your participation and welcome your guests in the best possible conditions.

Accessible at any time, your exhibitor account allows you to manage every aspect of your presence at SIAL Paris in one place. From logistics to visibility, every step of participation can be managed in one centralised digital space.

You can register your team and generate badges, complete your catalogue information, order technical services such as electricity, Wi-Fi or furniture, and manage your administrative documents. The platform also enables you to invite your clients directly and organise your participation in key programmes and competitions.

Logging in to your account regularly is essential. Deadlines, updates and key milestones will be communicated through this space, helping you stay aligned with the event timeline and avoid last-minute complications. Preparation begins months in advance and is one of the strongest ways to optimise your time at this food exhibition.

Key milestones to anticipate now

Several important opportunities are already open or approaching, and early action will maximise your visibility.

The SIAL Innovation competition remains one of the most effective ways to showcase your products on an international stage. The deadline to submit your applications is 28 August. Selected products benefit from strong exposure before, during and after the event, including media coverage and dedicated display areas.

Alongside this, SIAL For Change invites exhibitors to highlight their commitments to sustainability and responsible innovation. The application deadline is 1 July. Participating in these programmes is not only a way to gain recognition but also to position your brand within the broader transformation of the food sector.

Your communication strategy should also begin early. The mediakit, available through your exhibitor area account, provides ready-to-use assets such as banners, logos and visuals. These tools are designed to help you announce your participation across your website, social media and email communications, ensuring your presence is visible well before the show opens.

Strengthen your visibility with additional services

Beyond your stand, a range of Value-Added Services is available right in your exhibitor online space to enhance your impact and help you achieve your sales and marketing goals. These include communication packages, sponsorship opportunities and tools that can increase your exposure across the event ecosystem.

Whether through digital promotion, on-site branding, sponsorship or participation in conference sessions and networking formats, these services allow you to amplify your message and attract more qualified visitors to your stand.

The SIAL Daily, the show’s official magazine

One great way to boost your visibility is the SIAL Daily, the official magazine of SIAL Paris, produced in partnership with Cleverdis. Not only is it the go-to source for daily information about what’s happening at the show, it also enables you to communicate directly and intelligently with visitors and buyers through interviews, product spotlights and other advertising opportunities.

The official catalogue

At the same time, the official catalogue remains a key reference for visitors. Completing your company profile early ensures that buyers, distributors and partners can identify you and plan their visit accordingly. Make sure to also submit your press releases, HD visuals and product demonstrations in the press area.

Prepare efficiently with guides, tutorials and webinars

To support your preparation, several resources are already available.

Our free guide, designed as a practical handbook for exhibitors, includes 12 key steps to planning your time at SIAL Paris. It also provides detailed recommendations on how to structure your participation, from defining objectives to managing follow-up after the event. It offers a comprehensive overview of the steps that contribute to measurable results. You can also read up on our tips on the Exhibitor Area Key Steps page.

Video tutorials are also accessible to help you navigate the platform. For example, a step-by-step guide explains how to connect to your exhibitor area and begin completing your information: https://youtu.be/KvLn_s0i-eI

In addition, dedicated webinars will take place in April and September. These sessions are an opportunity to receive practical guidance, discover new features and ask questions directly to the SIAL Paris teams. Participating in these webinars can help you optimise your approach and avoid common pitfalls.

Turning preparation into performance

Participating in SIAL Paris is not limited to having a booth. It involves defining clear objectives, organising your team, preparing your communication and creating a coherent visitor experience.

Your booth should reflect your brand identity and communicate your offer clearly within seconds. Your team should be ready to engage with visitors, identify opportunities and build relationships. Your communication should generate anticipation before the event and maintain momentum throughout.

The exhibitor ticketing platform and your exhibitor account are designed to support each of these dimensions. By centralising tools, deadlines and resources, they allow you to focus on what matters most: transforming your presence into concrete business opportunities.

As your ticketing platform goes live on 22 April, the preparation phase officially begins. Early engagement will give you the time and flexibility needed to structure your participation effectively and make the most of everything SIAL Paris 2026 has to offer.
