Here are the key steps to prepare your participation in the 2026 edition in the best possible conditions.
Our tips before the event
Strategically plan your attendance

Preparing your stay and that of your teams in Paris
Hotels in Paris fill up very quickly, so be sure to book your accommodations in advance of the professional event. On the “Plan your visit” webpage, you will find information on booking hotel rooms, transportation details, and tips for getting to the Paris-Nord Villepinte exhibition center.
Prepare for the setup and design of your booth
- Make sure in advance that you have selected and ordered the necessary services for your booth setup: electricity, parking spaces, furniture, booth cladding, decorations, waste containers for dismantling, or specialized equipment. Don’t wait until the last minute to ensure the availability of these services and receive them before the opening of SIAL Paris. To do so, visit your online exhibitor space.
- Reserve your Logipass to register your vehicles during the show’s setup and dismantling periods.
- Don’t forget to order your exhibitor badges. Every member of your team attending the show must have a SIAL Paris badge to gain access to the halls during setup, event, and disassembly. Order them directly in your exhibitor portal.
- Sign up for the exhibitor webinars presented by the exhibition team to prepare for your participation at SIAL Paris under the best conditions and discover the tools available for you.
- Be sure to review all required documents and forms available in your exhibitor portal before the show.
- Download the white paper to optimize the calculation of ROI before, during, and after the show.
- Restock your products and marketing materials so you don’t run out during the show: brochures, catalogs, samples, or promotional items.
Maximize your visibility to generate qualified leads, stand out, and increase traffic at your booth
- Optimize your participation at the event using the communication tools and sponsorship opportunities offered by SIAL Paris to make a strong impression on professional visitors.
- Boost your visibility by registering as early as possible in the event’s online catalog, one of the most-viewed sections of the SIAL Paris website. This will make your brand and offerings visible to future visitors, media, and partners.
- List your events in the official calendar. Enter your highlights and take the opportunity to check out the major events not to be missed during the show.
- Sign up on the matchmaking platform: complete your profile and book your meetings ahead of the show to maximize your business opportunities.

Showcase your innovations and initiatives
- Enter the SIAL Innovation competition to put your most promising products and solutions in the spotlight.
Did you know? The search for innovation is one of the main drivers of attendance at the trade show. Apply to SIAL Innovation to present your products to a jury of experts, journalists, and thousands of visitors. In addition to being featured on the show’s social media channels, winners receive the “Innovative Company Selected for SIAL Innovation 2026” label—a true mark of recognition in the industry.
- Participate in SIAL For Change, the first award that highlights sustainable initiatives and CSR efforts by companies in the agri-food sector, from the start-up to the large company. This competition offers you specific visibility in the space dedicated to SIAL For Change during the show.

Actively promote your presence to your network

- Invite your prospects and customers. A trade show like SIAL Paris is an excellent opportunity to meet your network in person in a friendly setting that’s conducive to growing your business.
- Plan new offerings. If possible, time your participation to coincide with the announcement of the launch of a product or service to create a highlight and attract the attention of visitors, future customers, and the media.
- Monitor the competition. Use the trade show to gather information on market trends, innovations, competitors, the expectations of potential customers, and partnership opportunities.
- Tag the event’s official accounts on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X and YouTube to increase your visibility and amplify your communication about your participation. Also remember to use the hashtag #SIALParis.
