An expert jury to spotlight the food innovations of tomorrow

Made up of independent experts from the international food ecosystem, the SIAL Innovation 2026 jury plays a key role in selecting the products presented as part of the competition.

Its objective: to assess each innovation with the highest standards, taking into account its relevance, added value and ability to meet new market expectations. Whether fully developed, in the testing phase or being launched, each entry is reviewed based on the concrete benefits it brings to consumers, professionals or the food industry.

Packaging, recipe, technology, usage, merchandising, consumer experience… the jury evaluates innovations according to their real impact and their potential to drive transformation. It selects the products chosen for the operation and awards the prizes to the initiatives it considers the most outstanding.
