Orléans Marinade

A compound seasoning made primarily from various natural spices, salt, granulated sugar, and monosodium glutamate, with or without the addition of various food additives, mixed together to create seasonings with different colors and flavors. It is used for the preparation and marination of meat, seafood, steamed dishes, rice and flour products, convenience foods, and other products.
