The Jamón Serrano Gran Reserva Duroc from Martínez Somalo is traded under La Gloria Riojana brand, this is the name our great grandfather gave to the original factory, and it is our most ancient brand. It is registered since 1921, and it is the oldest valid registered brand in the Spanish meat sector. It is intended as a tribute to the most traditional of our products.

We are launching our range of Sliced Jamón (Paprika Ham and Jamón Serrano Gran Reserva, both made with Duroc pork meat). This packaging for our sliced jamón reduces the amount of plastic an 80%. The base and the interleavers are mostly made of paper. We care about the environment.
