Detailed description
Nivex IQF strawberries are grown on Nivex and partner farms in Egypt and picked ripe. The cold chain starts within minutes of harvest, and each berry is individually quick frozen, so fruit stays separate, free-flowing and easy to portion. Strawberries were Nivex's first frozen product. They suit dairy, bakery, smoothies, jams, fruit preparations and retail frozen packs, whole or diced to the buyer's specification.
