ARTOPOULOS showcases its pita and flatbread portfolio at SIAL Paris 2026

ARTOPOULOS, a Greek pita and flatbread specialist, will participate in SIAL Paris 2026 presenting a portfolio developed for retail, foodservice and private-label markets. Visitors will have the opportunity to discover the company’s range of Greek pita, Arabic pita and pizza bases, alongside recent product developments.

Among the highlights is the new High Protein Arabic Pita, a 270 g retail product offering 10 g of protein per pita, with no added sugars, a vegan recipe and sourdough. The product reflects ARTOPOULOS’ focus on combining familiar Mediterranean flatbread formats with contemporary consumer needs.
