In our early days, our workshop was our home, after that a sweet bakery and now a standard unit with modern equipment and the highest quality standards. In our small industry we have gathered all the love, the taste and, of course, our traditional recipes.

Many have changed since our mother, Mrs. Eleftheria, was doughing at home. But the thing that has not changed, but is still being continued by the children who have taken over the business, is the promise to continue with the same incomparable quality and moral obligation towards the world to keep the products as delicious and pure as they where known in the old neighbourhood.
