Simandiraki Cretan Delicacies

Our workshop was established in 1998 in Kera, Kissamos (Chania, Crete), as a family-run business. We were among the first to produce *xerotigana* on a professional scale, driven by a dedication to tradition and quality regarding this classic Cretan delicacy. It is a sweet taste of the island that every visitor wants to take home, and a treat that every wedding or christening includes as part of the celebration.
