TIME TO TASTE (TTT) brings Korea's traditional fermented pastes to tables around the world. Gochujang, doenjang and ssamjang carry centuries of Korean flavour, but they have always asked something of the cook: unfamiliar ingredients, unfamiliar methods. TTT removes that barrier by reformulating them as sauces you pour and dip. No new cooking to learn — Korean flavour arrives through the food people already eat.
