The Alentejo was occupied by Arabs for 500 years, starting in the 8th century. At that time, wine was prohibited in the region and some of the Alentejo people had to keep their knowledge, cellars and wines secret, passing them on to subsequent generations.
Each bottle of this wine is an invitation to experience the taste of the land, the freshness of the countryside, and the tradition that is being renewed. The Segredos de São Miguel brand is a tribute to the culture, knowledge, and tradition of the people of our land.
