The harvest takes place very early, always depending on the optimal state of maturity and is transported to the mill as quickly as possible. Thanks to the location of our facilities within one of the farms, we complete the entire process of preparation in less than two hours, keeping the properties and freshness of a freshly squeezed fruit in all of our juices.

All this is done with integrated production systems, respecting the environment, food safety and quality management. Thanks to our geographical location, on the outskirts of the Sierra Morena, our oils obtain unique and peculiar fruity and aromatic notes, which give them their own identity. But without a doubt, the most remarkable thing is their harmony, a perfect conjunction between fruity, bitter and spicy.
