IERO SYMVOLO is a Cretan extra virgin olive oil brand produced by ELIANTHOS P.C., based in the industrial area of Heraklion, Crete.

The name means "Sacred Symbol", a reference to the place the olive tree has held in Cretan and Greek life since antiquity. The company produces extra virgin olive oil exclusively, from a single variety: the ancient Koroneiki, cultivated in traditional groves spread across central Crete
