It is our range of pasta made exclusively with the finest legume and cereal flours, sourced from carefully selected producers.

Our pasta is organic certified, as all the raw materials used come from organic production chains. It is also gluten-free, high in protein and has a low glycaemic index.

Traditional pasta shapes, designed to pair with a wide variety of creative and flavourful sauces, take on the intense and unique colours of the innovative ingredients from which they are made.
