DEVESA ÚNICO is the pinnacle of the DEVESA range: pure Argentine Angus beef from the heart of the Pampas. Only the top 5% of our carcases qualify. Selected, never sorted. Each young Angus steer is raised on Pampas pastures and finished for at least 180 days on a ration of corn grains and corn plant silage, without hormonal growth promotants. Every carcase must satisfy strict objective criteria, including Angus genetics, maturity, a high marbling score, pH, fat cover, meat colour and fat colour. A single shortfall means it does not qualify. The result is consistent beef with luxurious, evenly distributed marbling, creamy fat, bright colour, buttery texture, tenderness and rounded flavour. Created for premium retail, restaurants and discerning foodservice markets, DEVESA ÚNICO offers a repeatable eating experience and dependable performance, cut after cut and delivery after delivery. It is the highest and most exclusive grade DEVESA produces.
