The Cristal brand was registered in 1939 and has been present in the market for over 85 years.
It was initially launched in glass bottles, the type of packaging available at the time. Later, the brand adopted polyethylene bottles, which contributed significantly to its success. In the 1990s, Cristal moved to PET packaging, specially developed for the brand, ensuring better product preservation.
In 1985, the Cristal Gourmet brand was created to reach other target segments, particularly consumers who appreciate traditional, old-fashioned vinegars, known for their distinctive aroma and intense acidity.
Over the years, the Cristal brand has continuously evolved alongside the market, introducing new flavours and aromas.
