Black Garlic Downvillage is vertical black garlic processing company, located in Volos city, Central Greece. Founded by a mechanical engineer and a chef, it uses in-house developed technologies, strictly following the traditional production method from Korea.Black garlic comes from white garlic, after a mild and 40 day long caramelisation process, which changes its texture, taste and nutritional properties.
