Every strand of AKHAN Spaghetti and every shape of our short pasta is produced using carefully selected 100% premium durum wheat grown in the historic Mesopotamian region—one of the world's oldest and most fertile agricultural lands, renowned for producing durum wheat with outstanding protein quality and superior pasta-making characteristics.
Our state-of-the-art production facility, located in Mardin, Türkiye, operates with the latest European technology and has a daily production capacity of 360 metric tons. With four advanced production lines—two for long pasta and two for short pasta—we manufacture 22 different pasta varieties to satisfy the needs of customers across international markets.
