AIRES BRAND -GREEN FRUITY EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

Produced from olives harvested at the turning-colour stage (veraison), this 2025/26 harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil preserves the aromatic intensity and sensory richness that come from exceptionally careful harvesting. It is a blend in which Picual predominates, complemented by a subtle touch of Frantoio that adds complexity, intensity and an elegant peppery finish.

On the nose, fresh green aromas of tomato plant, olive leaf and green tomato stand out, accompanied by delicate hints of nuts, particularly walnut, together with subtle spicy notes reminiscent of freshly ground black pepper.
