What was SIAL Jobs?
SIAL Jobs was the employment area of SIAL Paris, designed to promote career opportunities and facilitate meetings between candidates and recruiters from across the food industry.
In the SIAL Paris welcome gallery in the Hall 6, SIAL Jobs included several dedicated spaces:
- The job board, for printing and displaying job offers and applications throughout the show
- Two partner areas to provide better support on the job and innovation market, at both local and European level
- The virtual forum, where you can meet recruiters and candidates once SIAL Paris is over: an interactive platform where you can find your next job or applicant.

The 100% virtual recruitment forum at SIAL Paris
In addition to the on-site employment area, SIAL Jobs featured a virtual recruitment forum that enabled candidates and recruiters to continue their discussions beyond the exhibition.
How did it work?
- Candidates registered free of charge on the platform and accessed job opportunities offered by companies exhibiting at SIAL Paris.
- They then chose meeting slots based on the positions that matched their interests.
This free virtual forum offered a valuable opportunity to leverage SIAL Paris’ international reach and vibrant community to facilitate connections between recruiters and job seekers.
