100% Xinomavro


Vineyard

Produced exclusively from Xinomavro grown in a single vineyard planted approximately 20 years ago. The maturity of the vines contributes to greater depth, balance and concentration, while preserving the distinctive character and freshness of the variety.


Vinification

The grapes are carefully selected to ensure optimum quality and varietal expression. Vinification is focused on preserving the purity of the fruit while developing the structure and complexity required for long-term ageing.


Ageing

The wine is matured for 24 months in French oak barrels, with approximately 30% new oak and the remainder in seasoned barrels. The restrained use of new oak allows the wine to gain depth, texture and complexity without overshadowing the distinctive character of Xinomavro.


Winemaking Philosophy

The aim is to express Xinomavro with precision, depth and elegance, combining vibrant fruit with structure and remarkable ageing potential. Extended maturation allows the wine to develop complexity while retaining the freshness and character that will enable it to evolve beautifully over time.
