Detailed description

Thanks to its intermittent operation and a robotic feed with 2 to 6 axes, the ETC20R guarantees versatility, precise product handling and efficient packing in cases. Format changes are quick, repeatable and highly accurate.

This case packer is suitable for applications involving micro-fluted or corrugated cardboard cases, flat blanks, trays, cartons, bags, tins, clusters, boxes, etc. It is equipped with standard or application-specific grippers capable of positioning products in different configurations (flat, on edge, upright or staggered). It is also suitable for a wide variety of carton designs (open cartons, trays, sidewall cartons with joined and unjoined flaps, complete cartons with front flaps, displays with or without lids and ready-to-sell).

It comes standard with an axis controller and a latest-generation hot-melt glue generator offering high precision application and optimised glue consumption. Several options can be integrated, such as a vision camera system to inspect product quality or carton conformity control.

This machine is compact and ergonomic, allowing for different installation configurations. Thanks to its large-capacity, motorised, ergonomic magazine and positive telescopic destacker, it can handle speeds of up to 20 crates per minute.
