Detailed description
Margarine is produced from partially hydrogenated vegetable oils, mixed with salt, water, and emulsifiers.
The manufacturing process involves two phases: the aqueous phase, where milk proteins, salt, and preservatives are mixed, and the fat phase, which incorporates flavors, vitamins, emulsifiers, and carotenes. After combining both phases, the product is coole
d and packaged. Margarine is fortified with vitamins, is not subjected to irradiation treatment, and is free from contaminants that may pose a risk to food safety.
