300 ml 100% recyclable R-PET bottle. Cold-pressed and stabilised by High Pressure Processing (HPP), no preservatives. Contains ascorbic acid (vitamin C) as an antioxidant. 60-day shelf life at ≤ 5 °C; consume within 3 days of opening. 10:1 dual mushroom extract (hot water and ethanol), 2 ml per bottle. Non-alcoholic. Ingredients from organic agriculture (ES-ECO-019-CT). Case of 12 bottles.

Ministry of Mushrooms (MOM) is a Lisbon-based functional mushroom drinks brand. Our aim: to make functional mushrooms an everyday pleasure rather than a supplement.

Our juices combine cold-pressed fruit and vegetables with mushroom extracts (Lion's Mane, Reishi, Cordyceps, Shiitake, Maitake). Stabilised by High Pressure Processing (HPP), they keep their taste and freshness for 60 days chilled, with no preservatives and no added sugar.

The range includes five 300 ml juices and mushroom tinctures. The brand also runs its own juice bar in Lisbon, on Praça das Flores.
