The De Fenza company was born in Naples , a classic wood-fired oven located on the Camaldoli hill, thanks to the passion and bread-making skills of its founder, Domenico De Fenza.
– 1995 –It transforms into a bakery and biscuit factory , implementing the biscuit line and expanding its range of action to central Naples.
– 2015 –We are continuing to
expand our product range and innovate the company by purchasing cutting-edge equipment and an additional warehouse for storing packaged finished products.
– 2018 –The first direct-label and private-label
collaborations with Italian large-scale retail trade begin , and volumes, commitments, and responsibilities grow.
– 2021 –BRC and BIO certifications arrive– 2024 –The new project for a new production site in the province of Caserta has begun ,
covering over 7,000 m2 where
new production lines will be installed .
