Sukiyaki Hot Pot Soup:

Sukiyaki is a traditional Japanese hot pot.

The flavour of whole soybean soy sauce is combined with broth

made from Hokkaido Hidaka kelp to give a gentle mouthfeel.


Oden Soup:

Japanese style oden hot pot soup with a focus on broth.

The broth is made from Hidaka kelp from Hokkaido

and flavoured with honmirin (Japanese sweet sake) for an elegant taste.
