Strawberry from Gard & wild strawberries jam by La Cuillère Gourmande

Occitanie Gourmet presents La Cuillère Gourmande, an artisanal business based in Occitanie and run by Frédéric, a passionate artisan jam-maker. Inspired by the recipes of his childhood, his surroundings and moments spent with his family, he produces small batches of jams, jellies and fruit preserves, as well as confits and savoury creations. His recipes are cooked in the traditional way in copper cauldrons. The range comprises over 70 creations, from timeless classics to original combinations, as well as a selection specially designed to accompany cheeses. Recognised as a ‘Producteur Artisan de Qualité’ (Artisan Producer of Quality) by the Collège Culinaire de France, Frédéric also helped to found the Fédération des Artisans Confituriers de France (Federation of Artisan Jam Makers of France), of which he is an active member.
