1. Whole Star Anise – Autumn Harvest

Blooming flowers, hand-picked with big size, high flavor and nice color.

  • Flower size: 2.5cm up (80% up)
  • Broken: 7–10% or as required
  • Moisture: 13.5% max
  • Admixture: 1% max, stemless

2. Whole Star Anise – Spring Harvest

Two main quality types available, harvested March–April, generally smaller in size with a milder flavor compared to the autumn harvest.

3. Broken Star Anise

Broken petals or fragments retaining the natural aroma and essential oil content of star anise.

  • Moisture: 13.5% max
  • Admixture: 1% max
