Detailed description

From seed to finished product. All our specialty peppers are grown hydroponically in our own 4.5-hectare greenhouses in the southern Andean Chocó, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve in northwestern Ecuador, with year-round harvests. Irrigation comes from a natural water source with no mining influence, and our controlled hydroponic system keeps heavy metals below detection limits. No chemical insecticides are used. Our farm creates jobs and opportunities for the local communities of the region, with a special focus on single mothers.

From mild and sweet to extreme heat, we offer a complete program for retail, food service and industry. Ideal for antipasti, pizza toppings, salads, sauces and dressings.

Cherry peppers: in jars, cans and pouches, plus aseptic drums and buckets for food service and industrial use.

Hot and super hot peppers: habanero, Carolina Reaper, Ghost pepper and Trinidad Scorpion, supplied frozen, whole or as purée tablets for sauce makers, food service and industry.

Sweet pepper drops (red and yellow): our standard retail format is a 235 g glass jar (150 g drained); also available in cans and pouches for retail and food service.

Volume planning: our peppers are grown to order, so volumes are allocated in advance. We recommend agreeing quantities up to six months ahead, secured through a Letter of Intent (LOI).

Private label and mixed-container programs available.
